It’s hard to believe another year in my wedding photography business is over and what an awesome year it was. I want to say a massive thank you to every couple who put their trust in me, it was a joy to be a part of their wedding.

Until you’re a bride or groom, I don’t think you don’t realise how important the role of the photographer is. Not only do I document the day so that you have life long memories to cherish, but I create the timeline so you get the most out of the day. Sometimes I’m transportation, seamstress, hair stylist, florist, and general stylist for the everyone in the bridal party. I will check your hair, your veil, your tie, your pocket square. I will also round up your family and friends for photos and sometimes that involves dragging them from a pint which is a dangerous job in itself!

All in all, as a wedding photographer I am there to support my couples in whatever they need. A huge part of that is being a friend and helper, to ensure it is everything they hoped it would be. Then the rest is creating some (hopefully) beautiful photographs to remember it all.

I had a look back and decided to post just a few of my favourites from 2017. These don’t include all my weddings, or everyone I’ve photographed, but they’re some that stick out in my mind. I have also included a few from my second shooters who were fab to work with throughout the year. You guys rock – Bradley Henderson, Sharon Kee, Gemma Gilfillan, Lisa Byrne, and Jude Browne.

So sit back and scroll through some of my best photographs from 2017. Here’s to even bigger and better in 2018!! x

Wow what a year!!

Big thanks to: Lough Erne Resort, Kilronan Castle, Manor House Hotel, Villa Rose Hotel, Silverbirch Hotel, Larchfield Estate, Cabra Castle, Hillgrove Hotel.
